Refund policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
If you or notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
We do not cover return shipping or refund the initial shipping fee of the product.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
We do not refund orders or accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
